This course is a detailed study of the core principles of Islamic theology based on the work: Al-Aqidah al-Wasitiyyah
by Shaykh al-Islam ibn Taymiyyah.

INSTRUCTORS

Sh. Mohammad Elshinawy
INSTRUCTOR
Mohammad Elshinawy holds a Bachelors in Islamic Studies from Mishkah University, and another Bachelors in English Literature from Brooklyn College (NYC).
In addition to Yaqeen, he serves as the religious director at the IECPA (Allentown, Pennsylvania), and an instructor at Al-Maghrib Institute, Mishkah University, and Legacy IOHS. He has translated dozens of books and research papers into English, has authored “The Final Prophet: Proof for the Prophethood of Muhammad,” and co-authored “When the Stars Prostrated: Meditations on Surat Yusuf” and “The Prophet of Mercy.
He also taught courses at the FKAD Institute and was one of the prominent speakers at FKAD Institute conferences and seminars.
Sh. Zakareeya Baksh
RELIGIOUS DIRECTOR
Zakareeya has a library of classical books in his brain. He delivers engaging lectures and makes them relevant to his audience. He is an avid researcher and always eager to discover new things.
He was raised in NY and has completed his memorization of the Quran with multiple Ijazahs, as well as many classical Arabic texts.
He graduated with both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Islamic Studies from International Open University.
He currently serves as the Resident Scholar at the largest Islamic Center in NYC, the NYC Muslim Center.
